the room was clean it was also nicely decorated. staff were attentive upon check in. the location is close to the town centre allowing for easy exploration.
i was informed that one half of the car park was residential i was not made aware of this. i contacted the hotel to see what could be done two weeks later i was told they could not help. i was left with a parking fine the customer service was poor.

The staff showed me to my lovely room, a Beautiful Double Room Balcony. It featured very up to date lighting and heating.
I stayed a few nights and the breakfast had no ketchup, just empty bottles. The hotel restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner, a shame.

the reception staff were immediately cute. i was pleased that the room had temple spa products, a nice touch. the bed was huge and very comfortable, i slept well. i also appreciated the superb location because it allowed easy access to the pantiles and nearby shops.
the parking spaces are limited, so it's essential to book in advance to ensure availability. (a slight inconvenience).
